Marriage strives on love, trust commitment, mutual respect and other positive inputs. Financial stability is one of it.
You are not obligated to marry a lazy man all in the name of love. No society or community should guilt trip you into marrying a lazy or make quick money man in the name of true love. That is not true love. A lazy man and a poor man isn't the same. Inability to distinguish between the two is a true manifestation of a lack of wisdom. If the man doesn't have anyplan, no job, no skilled training, any enterprise erupting towards financial freedom, you are better off alone.
The constituency of marriage needs money to make it work. Love doesn't pay school fees, rentals, purchase land or fill empty kitchen pots.
Its better you marry a sweaty young man who works his ass out to provide for his home than marry a fine boy who only worries about his appearance and leans on you to fix the finances of the family.
