EPISODE 3:
Maryam was a spoilt kid and not an easy one to control. But we somehow were able to get along.

She graduated, served, and went back to Abuja her base where she lives with her parents and elder brother.

The guest of getting a job was never her thing. Even though it would've been a lot easier having her father with his connections. But she chose rather to remain at home doing nothing.

My countless efforts in persuading her to start up a little business at least, yielded nothing. She read Business Admin. and that would've been a good start up for her. Her parents were not even bothered. After all, daddy's money is there to spend. Worst to even talk about is her elder brother.

But even with all the whole drama and series in her family and background, there is still this special thing I saw in her that I was not ready to let go.

My plans was to come pay her bride price as soon as I get myself established.
