FINAL EPISODE 

                        10 YEARS AGO
Few months after we broke up.

Her parents were involved in a gasly motor accident which claims the lives of the two. And that was the beginning of the whole misery.

Her elder whom we all thought was a graduate never graduated from the university. He was expelled due to his lack of concentration, threats to lecturers, and involvement in cult activities.

Nobody knew about it.

How he managed to convinced or should I say confuse us with his fake results/certs. is one thing I can't really say.

The father's will was read and he got 70% of the assets while Maryam got the remaining 30%.

You need not be told.

She has never for once practiced her field of study. So it was difficult for her to start up something.

Gradually and gradually the families wealth began to crumble; due to mismanagement from both sides (herself and her elder brother).

No uncles, no aunties or family member was willing to help.

"Good for nothing spoilt brats. Let them stumble to their doom" was the comment.

Her elder brother who later resorted to arm robbery was killed on one of his attempts in bank robbery.

And the mighty Maryam I knew was somewhere in Lagos as of the time I called her. Living in the ghetto. Married or should I say staying with a hustler.

And here am I; living happily with my beautiful wife and kids.

But I still wonder if there is something possible I could do about Maryam.
